WWMC’s areas of specialization are international transactions, business development, contract administration, and program management.  To insure our ability to immediately respond to the needs of our clients, we maintain a full time staff of exceptionally well-trained and qualified individuals who have extensive experience in these areas.  Our staff has written and negotiated proposals, statements of work, supply and service sub-contracts, performance plans, and quality assurance plans; managed multi-million dollar Government service and supply contracts; evaluated and prepared bid/no-bid decisions on hundreds of solicitations based on feasibility, complexity and profitability; and negotiated and managed complex subcontracts with both U.S. and foreign subcontractors and teaming partners.  Our staff is particularly adept at avoiding or countering hurdles presented by troubled, poorly written, or ill-conceived Government solicitations.
